Instrukcijas mutisko prezentāciju autoriem

PowerPoint prezentācijas vadlīnijas:

  • Formāts: Jūsu prezentācijai jābūt sagatavotai .PPT vai .PPTX formātā
  • Prezentācijas valoda – latviešu (izņēmums ir kongresa vieslektori)
  • Attiecība: zālēs esošo ekrānu projekcijas attiecība ir 16:9
  • Pirmajā prezentācijas slaidā jābūt jūsu vārdam un prezentācijas nosaukumam
  • Prezentācijā nav atļauts iekļaut kompāniju logotipus (autoru pārstāvošo institūciju var izmantot), reklāmas vai mārketinga materiālus
  • Informāciju par interešu konfliktu (ja attiecināms) iekļaujiet prezentācijas otrajā slaidā
  • Prezentācijā vēlams iekļaut slaidu par secinājumu pielietojumu klīniskajā praksē
  • Mēs iesakām visus slaidus, kuros ir nepublicēti dati, apzīmēt ar virsrakstu: “NEPUBLICĒTI DATI – NEKOPĒT UN NEIZPLATĪT”
  • Prezentācijām variet izmantot sagatavoto veidni, kas pieejama šeit
  • Ja prezentācijā ir iekļauti videoklipi, tiem jābūt ievietotiem MP4 formātā

Svarīgi MAC lietotājiem:

  • Konvertējiet prezentāciju PowerPoint vai PDF formātā.
  • Izmantojiet vienkāršu fontu, piemēram, Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana u. c.
  • Ievietojiet attēlus kā JPG. PowerPoint datorā NAV redzami šādi failu tipi – TIF, PNG vai PICT.

Instrukcijas prezentāciju iesūtīšanai un pārbaudei

  • Prezentācijas aicinām uzlādēt pie zālēs esošajiem asistentiem no rīta vai ne vēlāk kā pauzē pirms jūsu sesijas sākuma
  • Prezentācijām varēs izmantot tikai datorus, kas atrodas kongresa zālēs
  • Lūdzu, ņemiet vērā, ka iesūtajiem slaidiem jābūt pabeigtiem un gataviem prezentācijai
  • Pirms sesijas sākuma aicinām pārbaudīt jūsu prezentāciju, tai skaitā video (ja iekļauts) attiecīgajā kongresa zālē

Instructions for Authors of Oral Presentations

PowerPoint Presentation Guidelines

  • Your presentation must be prepared in .PPT or .PPTX format. The language of the presentation can be English (for our Congress guest speakers)
  • The aspect ratio of the projection screens in the halls is 16:9, so presentations should be formatted accordingly.
  • The first slide of the presentation must include your name and the title of the presentation.
  • Company logos are not allowed in the presentation. However, the logo of the institution represented by the author may be used. Advertising or marketing materials must not be included.
  • Information about conflicts of interest, if applicable, should be included on the second slide of the presentation.
  • It is recommended to include a slide describing the application of the conclusions in clinical practice.
  • We recommend marking all slides that contain unpublished data with the heading:
    “UNPUBLISHED DATA – DO NOT COPY OR DISTRIBUTE.”
  • You may use the prepared presentation template available here
  • If the presentation includes videos, they must be embedded in MP4 format.

Important for Mac Users

  • Convert the presentation to PowerPoint or PDF format.
  • Use simple fonts, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana, or similar.
  • Insert images as JPG files, since the PowerPoint computer will not display TIF, PNG, or PICT file types.

Instructions for Submitting and Checking Presentations

  • Presentations should be uploaded to the assistants in the Congress halls in the morning, or no later than the break before your session begins.
  • Presentations can be delivered only from the computers located in the congress halls.
  • Please ensure that the submitted slides are finalized and ready for presentation.
  • Before the session begins, you are invited to check your presentation in the respective congress hall, including any videos if they are part of the presentation.
